How To Qualify For The Home Health Aides
For Medically Fragile Children Program

Caregiver Age Requirement
CAREGIVER AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 or older to participate in the program as a caregiver.
Child Requirements
CHILD REQUIREMENTS
The child must be 21 years old or younger, eligible for Medicaid, and currently receiving skilled care or respite services.
Training and Screening
TRAINING AND SCREENING
Caregivers must complete the required training and pass a Level 2 background screening.
